Resort Regulations

• Occupancy limit of 4 is strictly enforced.
• A Deposit of 25% per week per unit is required on all reservations.
• A 30-day cancellation notice is required for deposit refund.
• Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday, with check-in at 3pm and checkout by 10am.
• Occasionally, 3-day rentals can be procured with a daily rate of one-fifth the weekly rate.
• Please call if you will be arriving later than 5pm.
• Please bring your own beach towels.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.
• No pets are permitted.
  

The vacation home you rent is owned by a family under the laws and statutes of the State of Florida. The rules and regulations are not arbitrary, but established within the condominium documents of the resort. Neither the management nor owner can make exceptions.
