• Guests, exchanges and renters - age requirement is 21 years of age
• Occupancy of 4 is strictly enforced (Babies count as a whole person).
• Check in time is Saturday at 3:00 pm
• Check out time is Saturday at 10:00 am
• Please call 239-463-5751 if you will be a late arrival
• No daily maid service.  Units are thoroughly cleaned after check-out. 
  If you are here 2 weeks or longer, housekeeping is done in your unit on Thursday
• Fire regulations prohibit the use of grills on the balconies, patios, etc.
• Smoking is prohibited in all units
• Pool hours are 9:00 am to dusk
• Coin operated washers and dryers are on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor walkways.  Laundry soap is provided.
• Hair dryers, iron and table top ironing board, blenders, DVD players and free wireless available in all rooms
• Four beach towels are provided for each room
• Parking is available for one vehicle per room
• Boats, trailers, etc are not allowed
• Please call 239-463-5751 or check the lobby door for phone numbers for any after hour lockouts or problems
