Wow 2011 is almost over! This year has flown by.
Thankfully we have weathered this year with no
storms and no oil spills. We are still being
impacted by the tough economy and have gotten some weeks
back from Owners at KBC that unfortunately were
unable to hold onto their home away from home.
Because of the amount of weeks that have been deeded
back or foreclosed on at KBC, the Board of Directors has
decided to enact another Fire Sale. That means
great weeks at a steal!!! All units are $1100
total. That's right, you can add another week to
your vacation for $1100 and that includes closing!

Rentals have been steady in 2011. RAL now offers
guest the ability to make a reservation online at
www.ralresorts.com 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. So far in the month,
this system has been active. About 20 rentals have
been confirmed at all of RAL's resorts. As of
September 1, 2011, 119 units have been rented for owners
at KBC. Owner's make 80% of all rentals, so if
you're interested in renting out your unit, please
