So
much happens at Kahlua that we all want to share with
our fellow owners. While there are pages for each
week where we post pictures of people and events that
are specific to that week, there are also pictures and
stories that we all want to see without having to scroll
through 52 weeks!
This summer during week 25, there was a sea turtle
nest right up against Kahlua's seawall with 127 eggs
in it. A woman who knew about sea turtles was
telling the owners that it takes 65 days for them to
hatch. Sadly, only about 4 out of a thousand
make it.
The eggs were moved to a safer location near the
dunes.
