Late Fees for 2024
January 31, 2024 - payment must be postmarked to avoid late penalties
February 1, 2024 - A $25.00 late fee and an interest charge of 1.5% will be assessed to all unit weeks not postmarked by January 31, 2024.
March 1, 2024 - A $25.00 collection charge and an interest charge of 1.5% will be assessed to all unit weeks not paid by February 29, 2024. Lockout letters will be mailed.
April 1, 2024 - A Notice of Default Collection Letter fee, a Lien fee, a Title Search fee, and Attorney fees will be assessed to all unit weeks not paid by March 31, 2024. Interest fees will continue to be charged monthly. The foreclosure process will begin and could result in the loss of your unit(s). This is a very short process as conducted under Florida statute 721.855. All additional fees will be the responsibility of the Owner.
