Per Unit/Week info on the Owner's Annual Dues 

  • Checks/Money Orders can be made out to Kahlua Owners' Association

  • Payment should be mailed to:
    Kahlua Beach Club
    4950 Estero Boulevard
    Ft. Myers Beach, FL 33931
    (Although this address is closed, all mail is being forwarded appropriately)

  • Payment in full is due January 1, 2023

  • Payments are late if received after January 31, 2023

  • Unfortunately we cannot accept credit card payments at this time.  We hope to provide other payment options in the near future

  • Bills were mailed out on December 15th 

  • CenturyLink has still been unable to repair service to Kahlua's phone number, so please email any questions to kbeachclb@aol.com

Late Fees
 

January 31, 2023 - payment must be postmarked to avoid late penalties

February 1, 2023 - a $25 late charge and finance charge are assessed to all accounts not paid by January 31, 2023

March 1, 2023 - a $25 collection fee and a finance charge will be assessed to delinquent accounts for all payments postmarked after February 28, 2023 and lock out letters are sent
