Late Fees
January 31, 2023 - payment must be postmarked to avoid late penalties
February 1, 2023 - a $25 late charge and finance charge of 1.5% are assessed to all accounts not paid by January 31, 2023
March 1, 2023 - A $25.00 collection fee, a 1.5% finance charge, and a $15.00 lockout fee will be assessed to delinquent accounts for all unit/weeks not paid/postmarked by February 28, 2023.
April 1, 2023 - A $100.00 fee for Notice of Default Collection will be assessed to all delinquent unit/weeks.
May 1, 2023 – Trustee foreclosure process begins and could result in the loss of your unit(s). This is a very short process as conducted under Florida statute 721.855.
