Site/Building Updates

 

• We are awaiting the ROW permit.  The surety bond was submitted (just another piece of this many armed monster).  Maybe very soon they issue us the permit

• Closing in on completion of the outside work at the property

• This morning Glass of Marco arrived to install the glass pass-throughs at the office

• There are painters on site doing the exterior touch ups as well as final coating the maintenance building

• The KBC logo sign in done

• Our address is now official

• We are awaiting the fencing contractor to modify the height of the fence components for the pool equipment enclosure so it aligns with the top of the fence

• The catwalk for the pool equipment panel access was final measured yesterday and they are fabricating the structure in their shop

• The pool is being chemically balanced, and we expect the ladder and railings to be installed by early next week

• The spa pump union blew apart on Tuesday, and will be replacing that today

• On Monday the irrigation and landscaping crews to start

• Paver crew will be back to button up the few areas in back and they will temporarily install the old 80MM pavers in the parking lot, as the new order has been delayed yet again by Tremron. This has been confirmed through the Tremron representative in Naples. Once the new pavers arrive, we will “switch out” the old with the new

• The dumpster in the parking lot will be pulled out next week

• Next weekend , the parking lot will be pressure washed and we will start detailing the stalls and parking blocks

• The hydrant is tentatively scheduled for install on Thursday. This is predicated on the issuance of the ROW permit no later than Tuesday from Lee County

• This will “unlock” the building fire final and building final inspection. Once those inspections are passed successfully, we will apply for either the C of O or a Temporary C of O
