Rentals

The vacation home you're renting is owned by individual(s) or families and operated under the laws and statutes of the State of Florida. 

 

The rules and regulations are not arbitrary, but established within The Condominium Documents of the resort.  Neither the management, nor owner(s) can make exceptions to:

  
1. Minimum age requirement of twenty-three (23) years old to rent

2. Occupancy limit of 4 is strictly enforced. 

3. Cancellation Policy:

Weeks 16-50   
A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of the rental. Renters may cancel at any time prior to 30 days before arrival. If the renter cancels the unit, a $100 administrative fee is held, and the remaining deposit returned to the renter. There are no cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the rental is charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in.

Weeks 1-15, 51, and 52 
A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of the rental. Renters may cancel at any time prior to 60 days before arrival. If the renter cancels the unit a fee equal to 1-night’s stay will be kept from the original deposit, and the remaining deposit returned to the renter. There are no cancellations within 60 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the rental is charged to the card on file 60 days prior to check-in.

4. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is at 3 PM and check out by 10 AM.

6.  One (1) parking space per unit

 

7.  Smoking in designated area only (next to grills)

8. No pets are permitted.
