A quick update on current activities:

- Quotes received for stucco work on building exterior

- Sheet rock hanging was completed on floor 1 last Saturday.  Now mudding and taping

- Texturing drywall will start next week on the first floor

- Floor tile on the first floor is next to go in

- New shower surround panels should arrive next week

- Pool excavation scheduled for Monday through Wednesday

- Thursday - the helical drilling planned to start

- The all-brand-new-sparkling-chlorine-pool will be 48' x 18' 6", which is slightly longer and narrower than the previous pool. This allows for a wider longe chair space between the pool and the seawall. It will slope from 3' deep in the shallow end to 6' deep in the deep end. It will have rounded steps in the corner to enter and will have a built-in bench facing the gulf! The spa will be repaired back to its old glory with a refinished surface and all new equipment.

- Gulf side of the building continues to be worked on

- Elevator work is in process. Currently works floors 2-5; the "pit" (bottom) still being worked on to complete full elevator travel.  Cab still needs overhaul

- Received tiki hut permit. Southern Cross for Tiki Huts standing by for installation

- Shoring plan received for repair of stair section and corner of 2nd floor walkway

- Budget prep underway

It's so exciting to see the transformation of our little gem back to where she should be!
