Site/Building Updates

 

Happy New Year's Eve To All - Here is an update from the last week. Have a good New Years...
 

• Site is being cleared of excess sand

• FDC trench should get backfilled

• Received request from county for more info on FDC permit. Our Engineer is responding

• Pool side is well graded for yard drain plans

• Beachside “foot wash” pan being planned

• Comcast coming out making some final adjustments on fiber first week of January

• By weeks end, 95% of stucco work will be complete

• Painting is underway, floors 3-5 done by weeks end, floors 1-2 by next weeks end

• Painting on the “gulf side” should be done this week

• Painting to continue around building

• Gulf side scaffolding removed next week

• Mini-split AC to be installed next week

• Base rock to be placed for pavers install

• Perimeter drains to be placed and installed

• Tiki Huts scheduled week 2 of January

• Pavers will then be installed after huts

• Elevator in process – building cab is in process

• Shower handles and doors have been corrected

• Maintenance shed permit received, will be constructed once pool and equipment is “out of the way”
