Monday 3/3/25 meeting bullet points

• Fire inspection will take place 3/6 on the first and second floor

• Drywall should be delivered this week.  Install should start next week (pending inspections)

• Awaiting FDC (Fire Department) final drawing completion

  • We are putting a fire hydrant near the street

  • Estero will be partially closed for a bit to access the main water line

• Contract for concrete repair will be finalized in the next couple of days and work may begin as soon as this week

  • This is the repair work for our Milestone study

  • Process will be closely reviewed and approved by Velocity (Milestone engineering firm) as things progress

  • No new permit will be needed as it will be done as repairs under existing contract/permits

• LDO (Limited Development Order) permits could arrive in March which would be a big boost

  • This permit will arrive prior to the State of Florida permits providing full go ahead on the work site

• A solid/sturdy ramp has been built outside the elevator to allow the demo of the old elevator and hopefully the install of the new one

  • Envirostruct working with elevator vendor on this process

• The header/beam for the windows/door to the lobby should be complete in a couple of days

  • Leveling concrete was put in last week to level the lobby area flooring

  • All the new windows and doors will then be placed once they arrive on-site

• No new time-line was offered. We probably will get a better understanding once all permits are received
