Site/Building Updates

 

• Work continues on the 2nd floor units, installing new kitchen and bedroom cabinets.

• Workers are also completing drywall repairs around sliders in a few 3rd - 5th-floor units.

• The elevator company was out this week to hook up the hydraulic line and the front lobby door has been adjusted.

• Comcast is still working on installing the fiber for internet hook-up and work will start soon on the new Cat6 wiring going into each unit.

• Power was shut down yesterday as FP & L made revisions to the electrical panel, and power was restored late in the day. We are waiting on approval of an electrical revision from the Town to move forward with the 1st floor units and lobby.

• We are also waiting on the approval of the Land Development Order to move forward with the pool and grounds.
