  • Countertops going in on 2nd floor, sinks being installed,  faucets to come soon

 

  • Roof final inspection done 

 

  • Electrical revision passed inspection 

 

  • Beach renourishment almost done

 

  • Concrete repairs are ongoing

 

  • Received shoring plan for back 

 

  • Reminder has been sent to the city on LDO permit for review (it was said, not quick to review documents – hence our delay)

 

  • The pool permit was received. It seems unusual to get this prior to LDO permit. However, we'll cautiously move ahead.

 

  • The pool contractor will be notified to start. They will then provide their timeline to completion

 

  • Step one will be drilling the helical pilings

 

  • Office, lobby & kitchen electrical inspection today and passed

 

  • Insulation of first floor in process, followed by inspection

 

  • Sheetrock in 1 to 2 weeks on floor one (once inspection is complete)

 

  • RL James needs about one more week to complete concrete on items recently uncovered sections (except north stairwell)

 

  • Once shoring is in place, the column & balcony repair will take about 2 weeks to complete

 

  • Floor 2 walkway repair is now underway

 

  • Stucco companies called to quote stucco repairs now that they can see the scope of work

 

  • Shoring will need to be in place to fully determine north stairwell situation & scope

 

  • Awaiting final drawings for FDC

 

  • Elevator– they checked power, awaiting response from them on a specific date to return 

 

  • Xfinity running lines to the building this week 

 

  • Beach renourishment is at KBC
