Site/Building Updates

Progress continues! The first floor A/C units are installed, floor tile is being laid, and FINALLY the new shower panels are going in on the first and second floors. The 1st floor cabinets are scheduled to be installed this week.

Outside, we are waiting for Coastal Foundations to return to install additional helical piers in the pool. The first set of piers installed in the pool was not able to meet the torque requirement, so the engineer is adding more. Once this is completed, Fountain Pools will install the drains and pool & spa plumbing.

R. L. James is working on the south stair restoration (1/2 flight), then will move on to repair the north stairs (1 flight). Along with that. they will repair the north corner of the second-floor walkway. These repairs are being completed to comply with the State-required Milestone Study.
