Letter from Nate Allen, President of the Kahlua Beach Club Board of Directors

 

I am happy to report that after significant negotiation and thoughtful consideration, we finally signed contracts for the site clean-up and temporary roof repairs at Kahlua.   We should be seeing progress very soon.  We are using local contractors who we feel very comfortable with for this phase of the work.
