Site/Building Updates

 

• We have made a ton of progress on the building exterior

• Our excavator has started moving sand and grading the site today. We will have people working at the property tomorrow.

• Hopefully by end of day tomorrow the stucco will be substantially complete.

• The painter has started prep work and masking on the back of the building and we expect the back of the building to be painted by 12/29/25. 

• Once this is done the scaffold goes away, and the railings get installed.

• We received the maintenance shed permit today, but still no word on the Lee County ROW

• The dry pipe system for the FDC has been installed.

• We await inspection on the pipe in the trench and then we will backfill the trench. Sorry to say goodbye to R. L. James, but it’s time!
