Site/Building Updates

 

• The inside of the building is pretty much complete

• We installed the double interior doors in the office

• We are installing the medicine cabinets in the nine units

• Plan to install the windowsills next week.  After that, we are for all intents and purposes substantially complete on the interiors

• We have probably two more weeks of column repairs on the gulf side

• We are shooting to start painting the building starting on December 15th

• The pool grounding system has been completely installed and inspected by FMB

• The spa has been repaired with respect to the plumbing, the new skimmer is installed, and it has been backfilled

• Next up are the new coping and tile to match the pool

• We are cleaning the project site and plan to bring our sitework contractor in to start the final grading

• Needless to say, we feel we are starting to turn that corner on the project.
