Site/Building Updates

 

  • Pavers in the back and on south side (grill area) have been completed with a few adjustments still necessary after walking it with John

  • The pool and spa work is making slow progress, all the plumbing has been extended into the equipment area

  • We are waiting for them to backfill and then layout, form, and pour the concrete pad. This has been a bit of a struggle, but we are putting pressure on Fountain Pools to accelerate their work

  • Inside the building we have the split AC units in the office operational, and the common kitchen sink has been installed

  • This allows us to get the HVAC and plumbing final inspections completed

  • The patio tile on the first floor and the breezeway walkway has been installed

  • They will be finishing up the patio door slider curbs this upcoming week in addition to starting the stairway and walkway tile work

  • Next week we expect the elevator company to mobilize

  • Stucco detailing to be completed

  • Fencing on the Gulf side and south to be worked on

  • The maintenance building helical piles and foundation to be installed

  • The concrete curbing that defines the edges of the parking lot as well as the planters up near the building will also be poured

  • The LDO actual "issuance" to us is still in limbo at Lee County. Once they issue the documents we will immediately resubmit our ROW permit application to Lee County. We will inform everybody once this occurs

  • As everyone now knows by now, no official open date can be given until we get the LDO/ROW (Hydrant install)
