Site/Building Updates

 

• New curbs are in and look good

• Maintenance shed getting blocked up; good progress

• South side privacy fence is now installed

• New elevator doors are in on floors 2-5

• John meeting with the landscaper soon

• Tile floor on 5th is in process

• Tub/tile grouted, caulking completed

• Parking lot pavers going in.  Should be completed next week (7-10 days)

• Trash dumpster area to be configured and slab will be poured

• It will take about 3 days to stucco seawall, ramp and the facing of the first floor step areas; painting after that

• Tiki huts started Monday.  Very fast progress, probably done this week

• Elevator cab being assembled

• Back splash on floors 1 and 2 completed this week

• ROW still in process.  Letter received but didn’t pertain to our project. Jim Ink connecting with county

• Rooms on floors 3-5 should be 100% completed next week

• Drapes and window coverings going in

• Shuffleboard will be addressed this week
