Saturday Update:

 

We are closing in on completion

  • Tiki Huts are installed

  • Pavers in the drive up, driveway, and parking lot are at 50%

  • Finishing the pavers out front, making the few adjustments in back, and cutting in around the tiki hut posts will be completed next week

  • The maintenance building walls are up; the electrical infrastructure is in

  • The floor slab for shed and dumpster area slab will be poured next week

  • The exterior tile on 4th floor walkway is installed and the south stair tile is also installed

  • The waterproof membrane is in on 2nd walkway and the stair tile on north stair installed from 4 to 2

  • We expect all exterior tile to be complete next week

  • The elevator cab shell is installed, doors from 5 down to 2 are installed, and they should wrap up next week

  • We have two obstacles left to overcome: one in our control and the other is the ROW permit

  • Fountain Pools poured the equipment pad and we need a few details regarding the pump stands

  • They should start installing equipment on the pad, do the coping and tile at the spa, then prepare the pool for pebbling

  • Their (pool company) schedule suggests they will be requesting final FMB inspections on 3/10 & 11. Then we do State Health

  • Right now the interior spaces are slated for Final cleaning 2 thru 5 either March 6th or the 9th, as punch list is close

  • We are petitioning Jennifer (FMB Fire) to allow KBC to start staging and stocking the units on 1 and 2 before the C of O

  • Once we get ROW, a few days will be needed to get company on-site and install hydrant. We can then discuss details of opening date
