Site/Building Updates

 

• Even with yesterday’s rain out we are still making significant progress​

• Pavers are 75% compete in back

• They will be finishing pavers at the grill side of the building by mid-next week

• The pool collection tanks have been positioned and the walls have been poured

• Tank forms are being stripped today

• Railings on the first floor will be complete today

• Tile contractor will start on the first-floor patios and breezeway

• Stone counters in the office and kitchen are on-site and will also be installed today

• Heading into next week we plan to have our last two building final inspections completed for HVAC and plumbing

• Toward the end of the week we plan to pour the concrete curbs out front so that paver work can continue out there

• Expecting the underground pool plumbing to be completed so that we can lay out the maintenance building

• Hope to have the fencing contractor out next week to start

• We expect the elevator contractor to come out and get started on the cab… Fingers crossed!
