Site/Building Updates

• The new hurricane lanai sliders are now installed. They are now like what was on the first floor. Both panels slide open giving a lot more “open air” . We’ll have to be carful now stepping over the threshold, as they hurricane rated sliders do have about a 3” lip on them

• New sliders and window for office and lobby are on-site awaiting install

• The new bathroom windows on the 1st and 2nd floors are now in

• The replacement lanai railings for second floor are in the units awaiting install

• Framing, electrical & plumbing of the 1st floor units is pretty well completed

• The exterior stucco work should start next Monday, starting on the 5th floor

• Updated turtle “lighting” plans should be completed in the next couple of business days

• Final plans for the Tiki huts should be done next week
