Site/Building Updates

 

Another busy week!

• Inside we are working on punch list

• Finished the floor tile in the bathroom in unit 201

• Started balcony tile on 2nd floor

• Outside we have finished the yard drains in back and on the south side

• Placed the base rock and compacted it

• We are now at the "finished elevation" before sand and pavers

• On Saturday we are pouring new caps on the sea wall and the two walls at the ramp down to the beach. This is a field condition that was necessitated by the pool coping elevation established by the Civil Engineer

• The shuffleboard court base pad is being formed today and pouring the concrete on Monday

• The exterior painting is moving along; they are finished painting the second-floor walkway and stair towers today

• The electrician is trimming behind the painter and setting the conduit for the power in the two large tiki huts

• Next week:

• The collector tanks for the pool are coming on Monday and will be plumbed. After that, we pour the walls around the tanks and backfill everything

• Also, the pool pavers and necessary sand start on Monday

• Elevator tower exterior will be painted off the lift and we expect the balcony tile to be completed on 2nd floor

• From there we will hopefully start the perimeter fencing provided FMB issues the permit

• Expecting elevator week 3 of February

• Still no update from Lee County on the LDO

• No new open date at this point
