Only eligible owners or their family and friends may purchase units/weeks at this discounted rate.  To be eligible, the owner must be in good standing and must have paid all applicable assessments and maintenance fees since 09/28/22. 

 

Any friend or family member desiring to purchase a unit/week under this limited sale opportunity must be sponsored by an eligible owner.  Owners who have deeded weeks back to Kahlua or had a unit/week foreclosed are not eligible to purchase units or sponsor a family member or friend under this limited sale opportunity.

Weeks 21 – 49

• Unit/weeks are priced at $2,000 each

• Any additional unit/weeks purchased in the same transaction are $1,000 each

• Price includes all assessments and 2026 maintenance and property tax fees

• Purchaser is responsible for closing costs and recording fees (varies depending on how many units are purchased)
   

Weeks 1 – 20, and 50 – 52

• Unit/weeks are priced at $1,000 less than the current list price

• Any additional unit/weeks purchased in the same transaction are offered for $1,500 less than the current list price

• Purchaser is responsible for closing costs and recording fees (varies depending on how many units are purchased)
   

Weeks can be purchased from both groups listed above in one transaction; however, the higher priced unit will be discounted first, with each additional unit being discounted at the applicable rate.
