Suggested offer amounts are listed with each week. Price is inclusive of 2025 maintenance fees as well as the $2,500 assessment imposed previously. The new owner will be responsible for the closing fees and any costs going forward. Please send offers to Kahlua Beach club at kbeachclb@aol.com
