Site/Building Updates

 

• We are still in ROW permit limbo with Lee County. Short story line, we asked what "surety bond" format they wanted.  They then sent us template. We complied, then they rejected due to wrong format. We will keep pursuing...

• The elevator is now operational and looks good

• Final inspections are being scheduled by TKE (elevator company)

• The building inside is final cleaned

• Slider screens have been installed, and final adjustments to office doors are done

• Work on pool and spa work are finally moving

• Pool was drained of storm water and debris, pressure washed, and turtle lights are in

• The spa coping is in so we can get pavers installed this coming week with fencing following

• The maintenance building and trash bin area slabs will be poured this week

• Pool equipment platform in place

• Stucco on seawall and back area by balconies

• Pool furniture was delivered

• Graded and formed for slab in maintenance shop and trash area will be poured next Tuesday pending inspection Monday 

• Parking lot cleaned up excess dirt removed
