Site/Building Updates

 

• ROW – still awaiting review (Envirostruct called county to see if there is anything missing from our request) Late in the week, Lee County asked for an additional document. Awaiting document from our Engineer to submit to county early next week

• Fountain Pools continue to work on pool/spa

• Coping is complete in Spa

• Broken pool tiles have been replaced

• Concrete pads for maint. shed and trash area were poured on Tuesday

• Stucco touch-ups complete – painted this week (walkway, seawall, pool deck facing)

• Pool equipment installed this week

• Pool safety inspection scheduled. Then it can be pebbled a couple days later filled

• Elevator is complete and awaiting final state inspection

• Irrigation and landscaping being scheduled ASAP

• Spa area pavers installed this week

• Pavers to be placed in the parking lot area not currently paved

• Office pass-thru windows week of 4/6

• Pool gates are in process, install soon

• Looking at Temporary Occupancy specifics once we get the hydrant installed
