Site/Building Updates

• Painters are wrapping up their punch list today on second floor and also working on stairwell punch list

• Final cleaning starts Monday up on 5th floor and working down to 1st floor

• Window contractor will be in starting Thursday to install balcony screens and make a few adjustments to the closers and locks in the office

• We plan to turn over the floors as the cleaning crew completes their work

• The elevator cab shell and work is complete. The finished cab panels and ceiling start Monday

• The first floor jamb cladding for elevator is pending delivery of the stainless steel to the fabricator

• The ROW application is getting close. We are awaiting the surety bond the County requested on Friday from our broker. Hopefully, that is the last step

• We then will schedule the hydrant installation which should release minimally a temporary certificate of occupancy

• The paver contractor has completed several adjustments out back and they will continue to work on the walkways in front

• Once the heavy dirty work is complete on the maintenance building they will button up the parking lot and the signage will then go in

• We are also ready for the landscape irrigation to start as well as landscaping preparation of the planting beds

• The pool completion is at a standstill. We have put them on notice (legal) and have a meeting next week with their Owner. Regardless, we can still get the TCO for the building with the pool unfinished, and that is the route we are pursuing at this point
