From our recent construction update.

  • We are pushing to get the work on the gulf side of the building ahead of the street side so we can create a workflow for both the exterior of the building and the sitework

  • Scaffold is up across entire back of the building and has been tagged for safe use

  • Pool backfill is nearly complete

  • R.L. James has started the balcony column repairs.

  • We intend to start the stucco repairs starting from the roof parapet and working down

  • The inside of the building is nearly complete with regard to all the electrical and plumbing trim and final painting is also almost complete

  • Next week we will be installing the barn doors we have as well as hardware on all the swing doors

  • Bath accessory samples will be reviewed next week as well as windowsill selection

  • TKE has installed the new elevator piston, and the equipment room is shaping up

  • Next will be the cab ceiling and walls as well as the new car doors

  • R.L. James has progressed up the stairs to the second floor and they have poured the second-floor walkway where they needed to replace the rebar

  • They will be exposing rebar from the second to third floor stairway so that Velocity Engineering can review and give recommendations for the milestone inspection sign off

  • We are in for permit on the maintenance building and are currently getting final bids for that work as well as the perimeter fencing and shuffleboard court
