Construction Update 
 

• Work has continued on the exterior of the building on both the front and the backside. As you can see from the pictures, the pool is fully poured, backfilled, and plumbing has been extended to the side of the building

• We have passed toe pressure inspection for the pool plumbing, which will allow us to backfill a good portion of the trench so that we can then excavate the spa and start assessing repairs to that

• They also started the coping and tile work this morning. We expect them to continue the tile work through next week

• R.L. James has many of the balcony column repairs complete, and the post jacks (shoring) is being removed as they progress

• The North stairs are right now a pretty big focus for them

• The inside of the building is down to a rough clean, removal of the floor protection, trimming out the bath accessories, and installing the barn doors at the bathrooms. The plumber is trimming out all the showers and toilets will start going in soon
