Site/Building Updates

 

• Pool is almost ready for gunite (concrete type material)

• We have inspections this week.

• Once pool gets poured, we can backfill which will then release us to erect the scaffold across the gulf side of the building and repair the stucco and paint.

• The north stair is getting the rebar cages installed and formed, ready for concrete.

• The south stair is complete. All of this is part of the Milestone Repair inspection report.

• Inside we are installing quartz counters in the units, sinks are being trimmed behind the counters, water heaters are being set and wired, and we are wrapping up the drywall taping punch list in preparation for the final painting.

• All the can lights (wafer style) are being installed. They are hanging out of the ceiling so painter can roll through the final coat on the ceilings.
