Here is our Friday Update from our Envirostruct PM:

 

• Things are moving along inside the building

• Cabinets are 98% complete

• All tile floor is in, grouted, protected

• Washrooms are drywalled and finished, washroom doors are being installed, and electrician has started trimming devices

• South stairs have been poured

• North stairs are completely demolished from ground to second floor

• Pool contractor has started the plumbing for the pool drains, the main drains are stubbed

• Helical pile work next week so we can get the pool shot and backfilled

• We received engineer’s report on the balcony column restorations.  It appears to be less work that what was initially feared

• Next week we continue to trim out the electrical

• Doors will continue to be installed. The barn doors will be started; wood casing and base will start

• Stair renovations will continue, and after the helical piles get installed, we will finish the walls and reinforcement of the pool so we can get the rest of the plumbing and the lighting in place
