Here is a summary of today’s meeting: Looking forward to our call Thursday morning.

 

• Pool “matting” on pool sides is now in place

• Pool stairs structure should be done today

• Bonding clamps being put on helical pilings this week

• Pool concrete should be “shot” sprayed later this week or next week

• Final electrical being done and completed on 1 & 2 this week

• Tiles and grouting on 1 & 2 will be done by Wednesday

• Awaiting office door to be installed

• Work on north stairs continues

• Manit. shed revisions will be done in the next couple days

• Lee County has ROW request in house

• Opening schedule has not changed as of today – January 2026

• Elevator piston should be installed 1st week of November

• Everyone in the process is fully aware of final inspections needing to be scheduled so potential delays are kept minimal

• Crew will work from pool to spa area with new plumbing

• Once in that area, spa can be uncovered to see its condition

• Paving company is ready to install pool pavers once it’s prepped

• Tiki Hut supplier (Southern Cross) also “standing by” for install

• LeAnn provided interior office/lobby/kitchen colors

• Exterior paint choices will be provided by KBC late this week – White exterior with a blue (shade TBD) trim
