Letter from Nate Allen, President of the Kahlua Board of Directors
 

Dear Owners:

 

Some members of the Board of Directors met with our architect yesterday.  We remain encouraged about the prospects of being able to rebuild Kahlua, but many uncertainties remain.  We are hoping to connect with our contractor early next week and should have some better understanding of our options at that point.  Like all of you, the Board wishes we had this information months ago, but we continue to hear that the process is taking a long time due to the extensive nature of the damages on FMB and the overwhelming workloads of the City staff, contractors, architects, and appraisers.  So, please stay patient and positive.
