Dear Fellow Owners:

 

Yesterday, Deb, LeAnn, John, Jeff Coleman (existing Board member and Vice President) and I participated in a meeting with our general contractor, architect and civil engineer.  It was extremely helpful and very informative.  The primary purpose of the meeting was to discuss the current state of affairs with our civil engineer and figure out the final steps and requirements for our outdoor plans and drawings as they related to the building permit process.

 

The civil engineer and contractor assured us they will be moving quickly to put the necessary information together.  In the meantime, the staff and Board continues to forge ahead to obtain the rest of the information we need to present to the owners in connection with the vote.
