Good Morning Fellow Owners:

 

We received great news from our General Contractor.  Our final costs for restoring the building are under the 50% threshold.  This means we will be able to restore the ground floor units, office and lobby.  We still don’t have all the information we need for the Board to put forth a proposal for the owners to vote, but we are much closer now that we know we can rebuild on the ground floor.  Stay patient and stay positive.
